Last updated: 2026-10-30

Combine several PDFs into one, in the order you want, without sending your documents to a server.

Merge PDFs step by step

  1. Open the PDF Merger.
  2. Choose or drag in all the PDFs you want to combine. You can add more files at any time.
  3. Check the order. Use the up and down arrows to rearrange files; the number on the left is the order they will appear in.
  4. Click Merge PDFs and download the combined file.

Tips

  • Need to drop or rearrange individual pages after merging? Open the merged file in PDF Page Reorder.
  • Sideways scanned pages? Fix them with the PDF Rotator before or after merging.
  • Photos instead of PDFs? Use Images to PDF first, then merge.
  • Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged. Remove the password in the program that created the file, then try again.

Why browser-based merging matters for privacy

Bank statements, ID documents and certificates are exactly the kind of files people often need to merge. CentralMirror merges PDFs inside your browser, so the documents are never uploaded to a server — not even temporarily.
