Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CentralMirror ("we", "us") handles when you use centralmirror.com, and what we do not collect.

1. Your files stay on your device

Our image tools, PDF tools and QR code generators process your files and inputs inside your web browser, using your device's own processing power. Files you select are not uploaded to CentralMirror's servers or to any third party, and we cannot see them. They are held in your browser's memory only while the page is open and are discarded when you close or leave the page.

The same applies to text you type into calculators and QR code forms, such as phone numbers or Wi-Fi passwords.

2. No accounts

CentralMirror does not offer user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the tools.

3. Information collected by our hosting provider

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical information needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse — for example your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. Cloudflare processes this information under its own privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

4. Analytics

CentralMirror does not currently use any analytics or tracking service. If we introduce one, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.

5. Advertising

CentralMirror does not currently show advertisements. If we introduce advertising (for example Google AdSense), we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy before doing so, and ask for consent where required.

6. Cookies and local storage

CentralMirror itself does not set cookies. If analytics is enabled, your consent choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. We never store your files or their contents in browser storage. See the Cookie Policy for details.

7. Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply. Please do not send personal documents.

8. Children

CentralMirror is a general-audience website. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data through the tools, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to [email protected].

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above.
